Lately I’ve been sifting through boxes, mainly to record all the books I have here at home, I’ve gathered quite the treasure trove. Amongst all the books and little trinkets, I came across an old piece of work I did in Primary school. You can read the full post here.

I’m now calling this my first ‘book’, but that’s mostly thanks to my teacher who let us write a story as long as we wanted and gave us a plastic cover to it make the final product look authentic.

What I love about this is that at eight years old I was already thinking about being a writer, showing that there are some dreams we just don’t let go of.
